I need to change something on my order. How do I do this?

To modify your order, please place a return request for defective or incorrect items. Once processed, you can reorder the corrected product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days.

 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on orders above ₹500 INR.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Since we’ve adopted eco-friendly packaging practices, don’t worry if tags are not attached.

How do I track my order?

Simply log into your account on our online store, view your recent order’s fulfillment status, and click through to access your tracking details.

I received a defective or wrong item—what should I do?

Although each item undergoes rigorous quality checks, errors may occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, initiate a return through our “Make a Return” page and request a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

 Do you offer financing or installment payment options?

Currently, we do not offer financing options.
